  Organisation Development - Designed and executed strategies that contributed towards high engagement level in 2015 and 2016. - Interviewed and wrote for an in-house publication to chronicle leadership lessons in a leadership development publication. - Conducted multi variant analysis from Staff Engagement results, performance ranking, web surfing logs, exit management intranet site and reference check requests to draw multi-dimensional insights. Partnered with Line Directors and HR Business Partners to predict high attrition groups. - Staff officer to Chief Executive Dialogues. Used findings from multi variant analysis to shape topics using findings. The dialogues served to unearth ground issues not seen in engagement surveys. Change Management - Led the change management for the crossover of employee engagement methodology for 3200 employees in 4 weeks. Planned and copywrote all communications to ensure that messages were consistent to the principles of the survey. - Designed survey by incorporating relevant questions to measure impact and effectiveness of organisation initiatives. Demographic codes were added to provide engagement data for various profiles of people. Events & Functions Planning - Project Leader for the annual DSTA Promotion Ceremony for over 1000 staff and spouses.
