  I am currently on the Personal Retirement Bonds (PRBs) team in Corporate Business, my role includes:- Co-ordinating Fact finds for new members- Processing application forms for single & bulk new member cases- Being in constant communication with Trustees, brokers & members - Always completing tasks to a high standard and within agreed SLAs- Dealing with queries from members & other stakeholders including my colleagues in Corporate Business- General administration such as updating members details and fund switchesI have been part of many teams since my start in 1999. My experience also includes Pension Payments, Contribution Investment and I have built a strong knowledge in the area of Benefit Claims, dealing with queries from members approaching retirement, issuing Leaving Service Options and paying various claims such as Retirement claims and Refund of Contribution claims.
