I first met Joanne several "hats" ago when she was at Lucent. We were both on numerous US State Department delgations and traveled all over the world representing, advocating and defending US telecommuncation regulatory policies. Joanne is a top-notch professional with a determination and attention to detail that is second to none. She has taking on greater roles and responsibilities with each new position as she has changed hats. From Lucent, to ArrayComm, to Compas Rose (Hello Walda) and now her newest position at ASRC (Hi Ralph), all were (are) glad to have her on their side.

Having seen Joanne in action in Washington DC, Silicon Valley, the European Union, South America and Asia, I've been amazed not only by her encylopedic knowledge of communications standards, but also her astonishing ability to navigate the byzantine world of international regulations. As a subject matter expert and confident negotiator, Joanne enjoys respect for her keen mind, and also for her warm spirit and sense of humor.
