She served as the "go-to" administrative assistant for our client Volvo Penta where she was the lead contact with their marketing staff reporting to the VP-Marketing. I've worked with key client staff at a wide range of major corporations and Joanne stands out from the rest. Proactive, detail-oriented, efficient and above all else professional. Maybe even more important was her ability to stay calm under pressure and keep it light even when we were dealing with intense situations. Without her help our agency's relationship with the Volvo team wouldn't have been as great as it was...she helped both sides and was a major contributor to the successful completion of a wide range of projects.
