I had the great pleasure of working with Joanne on the Stewart Island/Rakiura Leadership Academy! We put out a wild recommendation that we launch it in only a matter of weeks so that participants could finish all seven modules before the very busy summer season started on the Island!! Joanne didn't hesitate - she lined up 7 amazing speakers, got the registration process underway, organised all the travel and accommodation, sourced additional funding and we launched 3 weeks later! During the course Joanne kept everything ticking along, making sure feedback from each speaker was collected, and all those involved in the following week's programme were briefed and aware of arrangements (which often changed!).
