  In this present role; I am responsible for administering overall HR operations across the four sites in all departments. I provide effective administrative support regarding payroll processing, health/safety, property management, and GDPR obligations. I manage annual leave and complete health and safety checks by establishing and executing an online based system. I identify needs for skill improvement and arrange training programs for staff. I oversee health and safety procedures and by moving the company to online forms I decreased accidents in the workplace. I lead the transition of the company to an App based holiday system to increase staff efficiency. • Delivered employee assistance program (EAP) services to staff to address and assist with their mental health issues that decreased absence rate of staff. • Saved company thousands with clocking in/out system by eliminating the contract with original supplier. • Oversaw all aspects of recruitment process from 1st point of contact to contract completion. • Designed and implemented digital versions of health and safety checks to streamline process and meet legal requirements. • Increased company efficiency and productivity by devising best HR practices and strategies. • Utilised in-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office, Outlook, and App based HR systems.
