Joanna is a great manager who always has a professional yet friendly attitude towards her work. Her supervisory skills ensure that every task is done to the up most standards as well as efficiently by all under her instruction. When communicating with customers and other employees she is polite and understanding towards their needs, making sure that everyone is satisfied with the experience the events provides. She is quick to react and prepared to sort out any unexpected situations that arise, finding and acting upon the solution no matter how small the task. Working with Joanna was a pleasure and I hope to do so again in the future.

Involved in the set-up of family run online website. Responsible for upkeep of product information and communications on our webpage from what our customers read to search optimisation for the behind of scenes information. Deciding and implementing new marketing strategies alongside organising our exhibitions within a budget and being the spokesperson on the day. Contacting media bodies to discuss reviews and advertising, launching our future blog, researching prospective new products for our ranges, replying to contact forms or customer queries; the list is endless and this has been a big learning curve in terms of time management, organisation and motivation needed to succeed.
