State of the art facility affiliated with Hoag's Neuroscience Institute in operation for the last 34 years. Always looking for volunteers, sponsors, donors to provide professional services to victims of dementias until there is cure. We fundraise 2/3 of our budget to bridge the gap between program reimbursement and actual cost of this incredible service. We provide Healthier and Happier Lives to Caregivers. Services provided include: free transportation, nursing services, medication management, physical, occupational and speech therapy, meals and medical oversight.
