Thomas De Meyer
I was fortunate enough to be Joanna's career counsellor during her time in Accenture. Her attitude, professionalism and overall pride in her work was second to none. Joanna can be trusted not only to deliver a piece of work on time and to a very high quality but she she will always ensure she goes the extra mile, offers advice, makes an impact. She is a fantastic team player, always putting the greater good first. It was a pleasure to hear Joanna's colleagues' and clients' feedback, because the praises kept coming. I always valued her input in everything she took on, as it was thoroughly researched, well thought out and crystal clear. I think Joanna would be a fantastic addition to any team as her passion and dedication will always be her guiding principle, making her an invaluable asset.

I worked with Joanna as the Quality Assurance and Operations Senior Analyst. Joanna joined the team with a very positive attitude and was extremely quick to adapt to the role and to take the lead in managing her own work/ relationship with her clients to a high standard. Joanna was a Subject Matter Expert within our CRM system and was one of the leads who managed the daily/ weekly peer to peer checks to ensure all requests were being logged correctly and that potential clients were being dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. Joanna then began to deliver reports to ASG Leadership to ensure they had a comprehensive overview of the type of new business requests that were coming through our CRM system. Joanna built a strong relationship with her clients and they were always happy with her high level of attention to detail for data within CRM reports and Salesforce/ MMS content. Joanna had an extremely strong work ethic throughout her time in the team and established herself as an SME in CRM and in Salesforces within the team.
