She worked with the business development team to create all the training materials and then delivered the training to the organization. What I remember about Joanna is her collaborative working style, passion to deliver an impactful training program, and consistently cheerful attitude. Given the strength of the content developed and Joanna's outstanding delivery of the materials, sales & marketing widely embraced and leveraged the training. As a result, highly profitable incremental sales were realized with several large retail customer accounts by leveraging "Insights-Led Selling." I highly recommend Joanna's expertise in developing highly impactful, customized training, for any organization.
