      I have been an ACE Certified Trainer since 2001 (WITS 2000). I have trained all age groups--kids to Seniors and work creatively with clients to achieve their goals..be it with balance, weight loss, designing programs for people with medical issues and spicing exercising up with variety. I emphasize good form and safety and have taught the Healthy Kid"s Class since 1999. I am a recipient of the Madison Area YMCA William R. Arthur Award for the year 2000.
