Reporting to the CEO, the main purpose of my role was to, lead, manage and support the Student Services team across all centres and to ensure strong enrolment, revenue and retention performance for the business. The role specifically required the ability to multitask and co-ordinate a large number of work streams including: • Ensuring the Student Services team provide an excellent and consistent customer experience across all centres • Oversee measurement, reporting & analysis from Centre Managers highlighting and identifying insights for areas requiring improvement and celebrating success • Supporting the Centre Managers to achieve their set KPI’s • Leading the Student Services team in a unified manner to achieve delivery on company goals and objectives • Support the implementation of the marketing and promotional plan objectives calendar on a monthly and yearly basis and provide the necessary support in advance to deliver on the plan • Managing sales performance weekly for Talent 100 with real time management in Salesforce • One on ones training with Centre Managers, including training them on how to implement new processes and procedures to their teams at a local level. • Recruiting and scheduling the 3 centres resources according to seasonal fluctuations and each centres requirements • Overseeing and driving sales management with a focus on strong % enrolment conversions • Delivering monthly Sales Meetings to the entire team, including CEO and CFO, with a focus on dashboard reporting and an analysis of each centre, and the whole companies performance.
