      Manage workload for a team of 3 pattern cutters plus additional seasonal freelance pattern cutters and machinists to meet all Business critical path dates Lead the pattern cutting team in creating 1st proto patterns for each new season's collection using both manual and computer (Gerber V10.2) pattern cutting techniques. Collaborate with the Design and Production development teams to create a Woven range that has the Toast Brand ethos of quality, simplicity, and ease fit running throughout the Collection. Lead woven fittings from the 1st photo sample through to final Sealer sample. Working together with the Garment Techs to ensure the garment fit takes into account Brand aesthetic, ease of movement, customer focused fit,Brand sizing, and grading. Advise and help resolve fit and sizing issues arising during pre-production fittings, seasonal fit reviews, customer fit feedback, sales returns and textile performance. Work with Product Development and garment tech teams to ensure all patterns are suitable for the relevant production processes required by the differing needs of each factory within our global factory base. Develop and maintain a Pattern Block library and Measurement/Sizing guide used as a Toast gold standard throughout the Woven Clothing range during development and production Forecast and manage seasonal and yearly budgets for freelance staffing,Pattern room infrastructure,Training and development and supplies.
