I am so thankful for Joanna Cox! I hired her this year to be a leader on the International Summer Program where she was in charge of driving a van and building relationships with the students. The internationals were made to feel so welcomed and loved by Joanna's kind, gracious and loving spirit. She is intentional in her conversations and I have loved getting to know her this year. I appreciated Joanna's willingness to help me however needed and her consistent communication with me regarding her schedule or ideas. I have throughly enjoyed working alongside Joanna, and I would now not only call her a leader but a friend.
