  The role entails tutoring from K-12 for all subjects. Tutors are responsible of teaching and managing children/ adolescents for each session. For grade-school students, we follow the curriculum provided. High school students are more flxible but requires more attention, therefore we have to ensure we provide the appropriate support they need. We must ensure an active and growth mind-set about learning, ensuring we instill problem slving, curiosity, and critical thinking.
