My scientific interest is focused on:- Therapeutic and diagnostic aspects of coordination chemistry (radiopharmaceuticals, chelating agents, probe and luminescent markers based on lanthanides ions). - Synthetic mimicking of dinuclear naturally occuring metal-ion centers in order to understand the mechanisms of resistance developed by metallo-beta-lactamases.- Thermodynamic aspects of ligand-metal interactions; pK values, stability constants, binding modes, stoichiometry of complexes. PROJECTS:- Reintegration Grant, Homing Plus Programme, Foundation for Polish Science, edition 1, Bio, Info, Techno, role: Project Leader (2010-2012) Show less
