· Definition, design and development of wound management medical devices and their packaging elements. Alignment with different departments in order to design products that are industrially actionable, fit the market needs, maintain a competitive cost and comply with all the quality standards.· Survey and evaluate new materials based on their technical properties, as well as their price, processability and performance on the final product. · Development, coordination and evaluation of industrial field trials in order to assess the mentioned material processability and product performance. · Accomplishment and management of diverse technical documentation, considering always the latest regulatory aspects to keep it updated, such as the latest MDR. Special stress on these documents: - Planification and implementation of stability studies, in order to assert the product shelf-life, as well as its stability against extreme temperatures. - Achievement of different transport validations, to ensure that the product reaches the patient in optimal conditions.· Proud to have collaborated in the creation of products such as Cosmopor I.V. transparent, Cosmopor Entry and different versions of Dermaplast / Tiritas Kids, among other products yet to be released on the market.
