I've been in charge of Joan for one year, during his internship in VSN as a Web Developer in VSN's Marketing Department. During the first months, he learned the basics of AngularJS (1.X), NodeJS, and how to interact with Salesforce's SOAP API, he also learned how to develop a product following an agile methodology based in Scrum. After the initial months, he helped the team to successfully develop new features in our Customer Support Helpdesk, integrating all those new features with the company's internal tools (Salesforce, Google Calendar, among others).
