Working in this unique job, my role is constantly changing. My job includes, but is not limited to the following activities. I support the executive team with monthly reporting (sales analysis, loss summaries, sales tracking, etc), travel and miscellaneous secretarial needs. I coordinate all warehouse tours and customer meetings, working closely with the warehouse staff to ensure that the product display is the best it can be, set up and torn down in a timely manner. During the holidays I coordinate the approval, purchasing and distribution of the companies holiday gifts to be given to our customers.
