-Job Analysis and Planning: Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements and qualifications for open positions. Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, experience, and competencies needed for each role. - Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilize various methods and channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and talent pipelines. - Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements. Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Interviewing and Selection: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
