I am responsible for all aspects of the Youth Aid Panel Program throughout Delaware and Chester Counties, about 27 Panels & 200 Volunteers. I work closely with Township Counsels and Police Departments to develop and implement new panels. For these new and existing panels, I am responsible for the recruitment of community volunteers. I must provide quality assurance and resources to the existing Youth Aid Panels and I am responsible for administering training's, both initial and continuing education to volunteers. I develop workshops and educational programs for the juveniles involved with the program and must supervise the class instructors, train them and substitute on a needed basis.

I was responsible for half the panels in Cumberland County. It was my job to go to all my panels (twice a week) and provide the volunteers with paperwork and any resources that were needed for those particular cases.
