I have worked with Joan over the years in many capacities. She has many skills that she has deployed in her various rolls. Last year she facilitated a retreat for Hamilton County's Commission on Woman and Girls on which I am a commission board member. It was an all day session to bridge the ideas of the all of the woman and girls involved in the first two years of the Commission. She is skilled at results based facilitation. Our day ended with a successful slate of work for 2020-2021.

Joan Kaup is a dedicated professional who is a natural connector. She envisions how people intersect, and effortlessly brings them together. She communicates her passion to everyone she meets, and is a delightful colleague. Joan and I worked together during a time of upheaval at the AAC, and Joan navigated every challenge professionally with elegant style. With pleasure I heartily recommend Joan!

In 2018, Flywheel introduced a coach certification process and of course, I jumped on board. I have a great deal of respect for the people involved in Flywheel, the work they do, and the difference they make in individual lives and community. Each certified coach has served Flywheel at six or more coaching sessions, has received continued outstanding reviews from our social entrepreneur clients, and is deemed an extension of the Flywheel brand.
