It lasts two years, in which the 25 graduates who join the scheme work on R&D projects, extendible to Operations, at the HP facilities, with a training programme in technology, innovation project management and interpersonal skills. The training will be provided by the La Salle Business Engineering School during working hours. The programme is an opportunity for recent graduates interested in developing their talent by working in an international environment, engaging with stakeholders all over the world and establishing common objectives to overcome technological challenges.
