      Joan joined Realtec in 2000 as broker assistant to Jim Mokler. In 2001, she accepted a 2nd part-time position for the organization, Commercial Brokers in Northern Colorado. She deals with vendors. vendor contracts, annual insurance (business and health) policies, and researches and makes suggestions regarding major purchases and expenses. She works to keep the 3 Realtec offices in good communication.       In 2007 Joan joined the Northern Colorado chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Northern Colorado). She accepted the position as Marketing Chair in October 2007. She creates monthly luncheon flyers, luncheon agendas, and monthly advertising for various entities. Joan continues to find new and innovative ideas to promote the organization.
