      I joined The Mill Group as a studio assistant, I was responsible for coordinating commercial, portrait and wedding photography, this included managing bookings, a large photography studio and team of 5 photographers. Due to my success in this department I was quickly promoted to studio manager and asked to assist with sales and marketing for the design team.
