      • Oct 2013 - Present

I have a varied and fascinating role which includes many different skill sets: In 2019 I was able to also bring in my countryside management experience: securing a grant to develop the underused meadow area alongside the river for both people and wildlife. We have introduced proper meadow management, picnic tables, wild play and interpretation to explain the fascinating history and wildlife. The aim is to encourage our locals and visitors to get more active, and to connect to wildlife. With a great new group of conservation volunteers regularly meeting, the area is being transformed, and should establish the importance of nature in our visitor offer here at Cromford Mills. 2016 – 2019: • continued with all of my previous role plus managing the office and routine running/support of Cromford Creative and our tenants. 2013 – present: • Social Media • HR support for the Charity • Creating Publicity Material • PA duties for the CEO • Support for Board and Project Meetings • Office Support for the Charity Show less
