To set up and and run the new subsidary company of Impact Creative Partnership Ltd - Impact Retail Ltd. Impact Retail Ltd has been established to manage all permanent display , interior retail design, shop fit and new media projects. Impact Creative Ltd already had a strong foothold in this sector but it realised that in order to maintain steady growth and progress this side of permanent retail and display it needed to branch out and establish credibility and excellence in this marketplace. Impact Retail was established in November 2012 and my responsibilities include managing the day to day running of the company, creating a robust business plan for the launch and for the first 5 years of trading to ensure continued steady growth. Establish strong relationships with existing and new clients and raising the profile of Impact Retail in an extremely competitive environment. Broadening the teams experience and knowledge through training and seminars and by recruiting new members with high levels of experience in all areas on a global stage.

During my Product Design Degree Bsc sandwich course at Bournemouth University I secured a placement year working at Gillette managing all Gillette brand display projects for the UK. Gillette Group UK sponsored my final year of university and I started full time employment as Display Executive for Gillette brands in August 2000. After 6 months I was promoted to Display manager and during this role I managed the display launch of MACH3, Venus, Venus Passion, MACH3 Champion and MACH3 Turbo. I then moved roles to become Display Manager for Braun & Oral-B where I managed all Braun and Oral-B display rollouts including the launches of Oral-B Cross Action, Oral-B Triumph & Sonic and Braun Activator amoungst many others. I progress to team leader and over saw the managments of all display budgets for the Gillette Group before leaving in 2005 to travel Australasia and East Asia.
