      Set up and managed a new service for Shelter in East London which was focused on the provision of legal housing advice to those who are homeless or in poor housing. This project was a pilot for Shelter with a focus on developing new methods of delivery to reach a more diverse audience with a particular focus on black and minority ethnic communities, whose take up of housing advice was much lower than other groups but were disproportionately more likely to end up in housing need.
