Establishing the West Ham United Playing for Success centre as the 4th to open. Designing a creative, and inspirational curriculum and interior learning environment, as well as pioneering methods for measuring the impact of out of school hours learning. Then setting up a second centre at the East London Gymnastics club. The role included taking both centres through Quality Assurance recognition, managing staff and budgets, recruiting and training volunteers, working with partners, securing sponsorships, and putting marketing and PR strategies in to place.
