• Teleradiology and Radiologist Operations Coordinator

  I coordinate our team of admins and specialists who support and organize the workflows of 100 Mayfair radiologists, 10 external cross-Canada teleradiology clients, and 16 Mayfair clinic locations across Western Canada. I utilized my Project Management experience to implement a new company-wide software and participate in steer co meetings to ensure smooth integration with our existing softwares. I find efficiencies for our teleradiology clients through daily operational workflows, assign caseloads to the appropriate radiologists based on skillsets and licensing, and work collaboratively with our team to support the department. In this fast-paced emergency medicine role, I provide a high level of client service managing imaging workflows by retrieving diagnostic imaging for our radiologists, basic IT support to the radiologists and clients, and ensuring our Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded related to turnaround times and quality assurance.
