Jo is by far the most inspirational manager I have ever had. She would not expect you to do anything that she didn't understand or could not do herself. She is the kindest, most caring person and genuinely cared for our team. She helped and encouraged me towards an internal promotion- she genuinely cares about the well being of all of her staff.

      I moved to Captia after been head hunted due to my performance in Vanquis. Having been a key part of the set up and expansion of Vanquis, Capita were retroactively looking for someone to take control of the PPI team to drive efficiency as well as ensure excellence on a compliance basis. My task's were as varied as my role, From management of my team day to day, to performance management and reviews, To heading the forum for process stepped change to ensure as a department we improved and delivered. I was part of the project team in which we created a new system for collating and dealing with complaints. as a result we as a department saw a 24.6% decrease in complaints due to the implementing changes from the data this generated.
