Alongside the Pro-Vice Chancellor, managed the annual Professorial appointment process. Worked with senior staff to deliver the annual Senior Staff Performance Review process. Managed all Honorary staff contracts. Wrote and delivered Interviewing and Recruitment training sessions for staff. Worked with agency staff providers and led on the agency worker tender process for a number of years. Supported the Director of HR with data analysis and research/papers as requested. Asked to set up formal University work experience procedure and worked with local schools to set this up. Reporting to the Director of HR, I managed a team of 10 people responsible for the University staff recruitment process (i.e. interviewing and selection, contractual administration; probation procedures; recruitment training; advising on policy and procedures). I recruited team members, managed operational activities, dealt with work allocation, queries and issues and undertook annual appraisals.
