In the time that Jolynn spent with MetrixLab Singapore, she played a critical role in the growth of the team and the business. She joined us at an important time since the team was undergoing change at various levels. It was important to have a leader who helped groom and mentor the relatively new team and brought stability. She did that brilliantly. She was also instrumental in cementing a few strong client relationships (Unilever, Disney, GM etc.) by delivering quality servicing and reporting. As my counterpart on the Research side, I enjoyed working with her as a teammate. I particularly like the pragmatism and level-headedness that she brings to the table while resolving issues.
