  A busy, fast paced consultancy supporting local SME's with their people problems. My Senior HR Advisor role was to support my clients with the day to day running of their businesses, with a focus on HR. Main tasks included coaching and advising on a variety of HR matters whilst also being onsite to take part in formal meetings such as absence management meetings, disciplinary meetings and grievance meetings.
