We’re always hard at work scouting out the most delicious and sustainable coffees available to us, our aim is to carve out long term relationships with importers and farmers to boost healthy trade for coffee producing regions of the world. We only work with speciality grade coffee which means standards are much higher, right across the supply chain. Our aim for 2023 is to build some direct trade relationships with farmers to increase their profit margins and minimise middle men.We roast our coffee with pin point accuracy and ensure development of great flavours starts months before we launch a coffee, we want to understand moisture content, bean density and roasting characteristics like the back of our hands. Our quality control protocols are lengthy but very necessary, we’re always searching for the best possible blend ratios and coffee profiles by constantly tasting our batches.
