Launched the DTC sales channel for Rabble Wine Company, including Tasting Room, Wine Club, Weddings, Private Events and Public Events. By 2017, Rabble Wine Company was the fastest growing winery in Paso Robles and DTC was up over 45% compared to 2016 exceeding projections and industry standards in all categories. The labels are unconventional but based in history with all the artwork from public domain art. The marketing effort focused on bringing our brand message to life through a unique guest experience, highly respected albeit somewhat controversial art and music component. My responsibilities were to oversee five operating businesses including two golf courses, hardware store, winery, and wedding venue. We developed new channels of income- wedding and music events- during 2007-2010 for Avila Beach Golf Resort and Blacklake Golf Course which allowed them to thrive during the very challenging years for the golf business. We developed a successful wedding venue at the historic Santa Margarita Ranch which in year 3 was producing over $1,000,000 in business.
