Participating in Continuum Advantage's Human Centered Design workshop was a real eye opener. Under the expert and exceptional facilitation of Jo Addy, seasoned professionals from far ranging fields were able to shed parochial problem solving approaches and come together in highly collaborative, solution focused exercises. By being extremely well prepared and a highly effective leader, Jo moved the group from conceptualizing HCD to actually using it to address a real life challenge. As a long time senior executive in the federal government and an avowed policy wonk, I was impressed with the positive potential that Jo's work could have on the implementation of government programs.

Jo worked with IDEO.org to design, develop, and lead new initiatives within the organization. Jo is a gifted researcher, writer, and analyzer - she is tireless about finding information and making sense of it. Jo comes to work everyday with a huge smile and a sunny disposition. Her colleagues LOVE working with her because of her curiosity and positive attitude. Jo was a wonderful addition to IDEO.org's culture and did fantastic work with us.
