Jo and I worked together on the same engineering team as software developers. From the first day when Jo joined the team, I was impressed by Jo’s work ethic and focus. Furthermore, Jo has excellent soft skills and is incredibly amicable, funny and easy to work with. Jo also has strong technical and problem-solving ability and is able to break down complex problems into small and simple steps. I quickly learnt I could reach out to Jo when I was stuck with a technical problem, and Jo would expertly unblock me by asking me a series of targeted questions, which would quickly dive into the root of the issue. Jo was always a highly productive member of the team, but more than that Jo brings a spirit of positivity wherever Jo goes. Jo can always make me laugh and smile and brighten up my day, in unexpected ways, which makes working together a real pleasure. Overall I cannot recommend Jo enough, Jo is the best! It has been a real honour to work with you Jo, and I hope we stay connected in the future. I am sure great things lie ahead of you. Best wishes, Tom
