      February 2020 - Current Project: C&C Lodge Road Client: Central and Cecil Housing Trust The project involves of the redevelopment of the old care home Dora House, Lodge Road, London, NW8 which is owned and managed by Central and Cecil Housing Trust (C&C). The redevelopment will consist of demolishing the current sheltered accommodation which were being occupied by people over the age of 55, to make way for ‘Building 1’: a basement, ground floor and 13 upper floors comprising of 170 units of sheltered accommodation including basement car parking, energy centre, extra care accommodation and ancillary communal areas as well as top roof gardens. Further details can be found on the following link: https://www.ccht.org.uk/about-us/homes-in-development-dora-house/ January 2018 - February 2020 Project: Hackney Road Project - Shoreditch Exchange Client: Regal London The development provided a mixed-use scheme comprising of 184 private residential units, 2000sq ft of commercial space, Gym, Cinema, Roof Terraces, shared communal areas, private courtyards spread across three blocks. Creating a place that is at the forefront of urban working and living and an exciting addition to an ever-evolving neighbourhood. The nature of construction was mixture of reinforced concrete and steel framing on the commercial blocks, whilst the façade will have brickwork, glazing, curtain walls and GRC panels. At roof levels there were green roofs, paved roofs as well as brown roofs. The project was completed in Q2 2020.       Your New Town Hall Project - £124.000.000 Project Description Your New Town Hall project across three sites in Brixton, comprising a new, energy efficient 120,000 sq ft civic office and customer service centre for the Council, refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed town hall, new public realm and 194 new homes. 120 new homes, 40% of which are affordable, along with new restaurant and retail accommodation located just a few minutes’ walk from Brixton underground station. The restoration of the locally-listed Ivor House will provide 26 private apartments and 11,400 sq ft of ground floor and basement restaurant/ retail space fronting Acre Lane. The building will be fully refurbished, enhancing its unique features and ensuring its long term use. Hambrook House has been demolished and will make way for a new building providing 48 affordable and 46 private apartments and one 1,800 sq ft retail / café unit fronting Brixton Hill and the entrance to the new Civic Centre. Notting Hill Housing, one of London’s leading housing associations will own and manage the affordable units. These units will be available as 34 social rented units and 14 shared ownership. This work is in addition to completing the existing first phase works, which include refurbishment of the Grade II listed Town hall and creation of a new civic office. These works are transforming the area around the town hall into a new vibrant community. The Your New Town Hall project is rejuvenating Lambeth’s historic Town Hall, preserving its features and making it more open and accessible to residents.
