  In charge of general management and finance of Fundación Copec-UC (https://www.fcuc.cl), planning and executing the project selection processes devised to allocate the R&D funding provided by the foundation. Managing contracts, donations, transfers to project executors, IT systems, accounting, financial statements, budget planning and control, among others. Takes part in the follow up process of the R&D project portfolio that the Foundation funds. Responsible for a budget of around 1,7 million USD/yr. During the tenure, several improvement initiatives were led, in the fields of project selection processes, budgeting, expenses and accounting, always aiming to implement simple, streamlined and resilient processes.
