Provided direct support to SE and CW customers by developing rapport, engaging in job skill development (i.e., job leads, interview prep, resume building), making connections with a variety of employers based on customers’ interests and setting preferences, accompanying customers to job interviews, and providing on-site job coaching/training once customers get employed. Supervised a Community Coach to ensure they were carrying out job duties and providing the appropriate level of support to the customers they supported. Community Coach 2 Provided direct support to customers interested in employment or integrating more into the community.
