While I was with Kaplan Publishing UK, I established multiple content management systems with the ability to output various content types into multiple mediums (print-house ready PDFs, SCORM 2004 objects, self-standing testing-objects, etc.). I also managed an on-site team that administered the LMS and an off-shore team that developed content and enhanced the learning object models.
