Dave Jones MCIPS

I worked with John for several years when he was one of the programme leaders at Waitrose during which was the largest most ambitious investment in technology ever undertaken following years of under-investment. John parachuted into several projects which were failing and always understood the reasons to take quick corrective action. The projects were business-wide initiatives rather than just technical in nature with a requirement to manage C suite relationships internally and within the suppliers. John is a very commercially minded, astute, bright programme leader. I would recommend John for any complex, challenging programme which requires a heavy-hitting leader who delivers results. It was a pleasure working with John and over the years we built up a great partnership. I hope to work with him again in the future!

John has always impressed me and I am sure will continue to do so. He has a great combination of skills and personal qualities and he gets the job done in the nicest possible way. He is honest and direct and says what he thinks in a way you listen to and respect. He has lots of international experience too.
