J.Mac is a true servant leader. He is one of the most dedicated and loyal people I’ve ever met. He does not quit until the job is done. He’s brilliant in his ability to see connections that others might miss. He’s willing to do the hard work to move a company forward. His nick name was MacGyver because he is very resourceful and knows a little something about EVERYTHING. I learned so much from him about data management and data integrity during my 3 years reporting to him. Any company would be blessed to have his knowledge and his calming, assuring, presence supporting them.

J.Mac was the first employee to be hired to come alongside two founding Teaching Pastors. The church plant of 15 families needed administrative, financial, and operational skills, to handle the church launch and weekly portable church setup in high school. Within five years J.Mac assisted in the site selection, acquisition, and zoning changes of 40 acres in Brentwood, and the design and construction of major building projects of 45,000 square feet in multiple buildings. The church grew from those 15 families to over 4,000 members and 3 campuses and 80 staff members during his tenure.
