Conducted a consulting project in the areas of Logistics and Marketing utilizing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method as part of Insper's "Effective Problem Solving" program. The group project focused on analyzing the downtime levels of imaging machines to identify bottlenecks in the process and propose a viable solution. We quantified potential economic benefits resulting from the resolution of the issue, presenting action plans that, once implemented, could generate approximately R$1.000.000,00 in annual financial gains for the Hospital. Additionally, we developed a marketing solution to attract more patients, including investigating the primary source of referrals.
