I strongly recommend my business partner Joshua L. Gray! I am the Director of Client services at a niche biotechnology consulting company, Enterey Incorporated, located in southern California. I previously worked with Joshua at General Electric and it is through this experience, in addition to his solid academic background, impressive work ethic, and distinguished professional certifications that compelled me to recommend bringing him into our firm as a sub-contractor over six months ago. Since bringing Joshua onboard, both our company and clients have been extremely pleased with his performance. Joshua Gray was hired as a Project Management Professional to work with our biggest client’s Director of Operational Excellence at their South San Francisco production site. Our client gave Joshua the challenging task of developing processes and enhancing systems to collect resource data and evaluate milestone dates for its strategic project portfolio. Within a few months, he employed Six Sigma methodology to successfully guide the client through defining its current state so that they could establish an improved future. Joshua employed keen analytical and interpersonal skills to complete the initial project, which resulted in him being selected by the client’s Director of Quality Engineering and Validation to lead the Pharmaceutical Quality Systems project. This is a global document development and deployment project with cross-functional impact phased over multiple years. When Joshua began this project there was significant resistance by the site’s subject matter experts to embrace the change and allocate the resources necessary to execute the project. Again, within a few months he was able to create tools and implement techniques that transitioned the site from being non-compliant to 100% compliant within the global timeline for document development and deployment. Joshua definitely possesses great intellectual ability, creative ingenuity, initiative and resourcefulness. He also has fantastic leadership, communication and facilitation skills.
