I have had the absolute pleasure of collaborating with Juan at CVIIC. He is a true shining star when it comes to assisting the small business community. With an innovative spirit at heart, he consistently strives to enhance his craft, ensuring the highest level of service to all the small businesses seeking help from CVIIC. Juan's warm and welcoming and his genuine willingness to lend a hand, makes every interaction a delight. He greets you with a great smile that reflects his dedication to providing assistance. In essence, if there were two tags to describe his impactful work, they would undoubtedly be #empoweringimmigrants and #upliftingcommunities. Juan's contributions are hope, empowering immigrants and fostering the growth of communities alike. Working alongside him has been an inspiring experience, and I look forward to witnessing the positive change he continues to bring to the small business communities.

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation. I have worked with Juan since his time at the Fresno County EDC, located in Fresno Calif., as the Economic Analyst. His passion for international trade has crossed into our services and being able to work with Juan, and many of the international buyer attendees to the World Ag Expo, demonstrated his will to assist, take the lead and follow up with all of their requests. We also helped the formation of a unique service provider consortium, Fresno 4 Biz, with the Fresno Regional Workforce Development Board. The results created a one-stop shop on the internet for companies seeking assistance in Fresno County. The consortium holds each member responsible for follow up with clients and they are reviewed once a month. I can't say enough about this young man and the future that awaits him. Thank Juan for your time, kindness, and professionalism.
