      I started working at Glazing Concepts Inc. back in May of 2012 as a Production Worker. While learning the different concepts and methods of the glass industry and the installation methods, I slowly started moving up in positions. After one year I was given the opportunity to move into the office as Project Engineer. As a Project Engineer I was under the Project Managers correcting plans, maintaining all the document control of projects, organizing all files, change order, etc. A few months after learning the office environment of the business I was given my first project to manage. While in the role of Project Management I was solely responsible to maintain the Budget of the project, Manage and Write Change Orders and bring in projects at a profitable margin. Currently at Glazing Concepts Inc. I have moved into the Estimating Department, as a Sales & Estimator. While still managing the smaller projects, I have also taken the role to bring new projects as while as new clients/ General Contractors into the business.
