While at Teague Julie led implementation of a new company-wide process (AS9100D). Julie successfully gathered feedback from teams across the organization to inform and update process procedures as required. Julie's dedication, eye for detail, problem solving skills, and can-do attitude largely contributed to the success of process adoption. Prior to Julie's AS9100D role, she worked as a Project Manager on the Customer Introduction team where she created standard operating procedures and helped streamline process. It was Julie's documentation that enabled me as a new team member to jump in and be effective in my role immediately.

I have had the pleasure of working with Julie for just a short time now, but have quickly seen how beneficial her skills and abilities are. She has become a key facilitator and initiator in our process development at Teague where we both currently work in different departments. Recently our company was applying for AS9100 certification and Julie played an immense role making sure our company successfully met the requirements in doing so. Without her support and background knowledge of operations we would have struggled to accomplish our objective. Since then, Julie has supported many efforts throughout the company including our EHS program in the mockups and prototypes shop where I am stationed. Utilizing company policies and procedures she has ensured a safe working environment while engaging and supporting my team’s safety concerns and process improvements. As the Site Safety Focal, I regularly reach out to her expertise for input and reassurance. Julie continues to support across the studios in any way she can no matter how daunting the task.
