In the 6 years that I have known JJ I've learned more about selling and building relationships from her, than any other resource. While JJ was my Manager at ADX Communications, she was "the closer" that I would bring in to secure the contract. Her unfailing desire and capability to meet the client’s needs helped the radio station (undoubtedly) earn business it would not have had without her, and she achieved those goals through creativity, compassion and persistence. JJ believes the best deal is one that benefits the client, the company and the sales rep. I have used this philosophy in my career and continually look back to the example she has set for me. JJ Waters is the best sales person I have ever met and would be an asset to any company!
